I’m not a big makeup person. In fact, I rarely wear any (I’m more about skin care). But every once in a while, I have to get dressed up, and that includes putting on makeup, especially filling in and taming my eyebrows. Since I use makeup so rarely, it’s great to find online tutorials to help me ensure I don’t look like a crazy person.
